Bank Issuers#
28 banks and participation banks carry ₺343.2bn of outstanding TRY bonds and bills on BIST as of 20 Oct 2026. Across the 20 banks with a TBB reading, the median capital adequacy ratio is 20.1%. The median NPL ratio is 1.8%. Both are at the TBB year end 2025. ₺277.6bn of bank paper matures in the next 12 months.
Bank Scoreboard#
One row per bank with outstanding TRY paper on BIST, ranked by outstanding face value.
Notes
CAR, NPL ratio, loans / deposits, ROA, ROE and equity / assets are TBB ratios. Each is for the latest year end in which TBB published it for the bank: 20 of 20 banks have the year end 2025. Participation banks carry the tag TKBB. They belong to a separate association, TKBB, not TBB, so they have no TBB value. This is not a gap in BIST or KAP data. The rating is the latest rating that KAP discloses. The median spread is the best-available reading at the build date, across 24 banks with a priced ISIN. The group comes from data, not from ownership research. A bank with a TBB loans / deposits ratio is a deposit bank. A bank in the TBB tables without one is a development or investment bank, with no deposit franchise. The TKBB tag marks participation banks.

Capital & Asset Quality#
The chart sets capital adequacy against non-performing loans, for banks with both TBB readings at the year end 2025.
Notes
Dotted lines mark the median of these banks on each axis. Bubble size is the BIST paper outstanding, not the size of the balance sheet. The strongest banks sit at the bottom right: high capital and few bad loans.

Funding & Liquidity#
The bars show the TBB loans / deposits ratio at the last year end, 2025.
Notes
The diamonds show the ratio from the latest quarterly KAP statement, 30 Jun 2026, where both exist. The two have different dates, and a bank can move a lot between them. Read the gap as a dated change, not as a data error. The largest gap is Anadolubank A.Ş.: 92.6% in the TBB table and 79.7% in its KAP statement. Development and investment banks fund themselves by borrowing, not deposits. TBB publishes no loans / deposits ratio for them, so this ranking leaves them out.

Notes
It never drops a name silently. TBB does not cover participation banks (tagged TKBB above), because they belong to TKBB. A blank CAR or NPL ratio for a participation bank is expected. It is not a data gap. TBB reserves all rights to its site. The figures here are attributed reference data for analysis. They are not a redistribution of its workbook.
